Yes, much easier!! Wikis are dynamic unlike static website, Wikis provide a venue for interaction. Wikis will help drive and shape our community at GHEC.

There is talk about the Internet isolating society, on the other hand, the Internet brings us closer together. Tools like blogs, wiki and IM connect people seperated by space or time, thus, creating communities that thrive and grow like the GHEC.

Nov. 15, 2006 — "Good Morning America" and a group of experts have chosen the fifth new wonder: the Internet! The Internet may be the most enigmatic "wonder" of all. It reaches across time and space, and connects people from faraway places. It is vast and sprawling, and yet it gives each person his own private window to the world. In just a few short years — and it really is still in its infancy — the Internet has revolutionized everything from commerce to education to dating." Cool, thanks for that link Katie. I hadn't seen that news piece. Your GHEC collaboration looks great! I hope we can get something similar going in Oklahoma!

April 13,2007 - GHEC began about two years ago with sharing of idea in a coffee shop and less than two weeks ago we did our first live webcast to begin our prefessional lecture series. We reached fellow educators in China, Colombia and France. This is just the beginning of many more great collaborative events to come. Please feel free to sumbit your ideas for lecture topic, campus project or social event. Cheers...Jim Segovia GHEC Co-Founder
